Your new company
This is an exciting property consultancy who are working with a variety of public and private sector clients. They have city centre offices which are in the process of being refurbished and a flexible approach to working hours.

Your new role
You will be undertaking surveys for a variety of clients, which includes dilapidation, schedules of condition and party wall. You will maintain regular contact with the client, holding meetings or Skype calls and create detailed reports. You will support people in the team who are working on their APC and chip in when tight deadlines loom. You will not be expected to develop a pipeline of work as the Property Management team are so vast the pipeline is healthy enough.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a MRICS Building Surveyor who has a strong background in commercial property. You will be looking to join an organisation at Senior or Associate level and further your skills. You may have previous experience working with Graduate or APC level surveyors.
