With incredibly scope for progression the successful Building Surveyor will be joining a consultancy that are continually developing and growing both their client relationships and services lines.

The Role of the Building Surveyor?

Coming in as an Associate Director, the successful Building Surveyor will have the opportunity to undertake a mixed role covering both project and professional services whilst also taking a collaborative approach to the leadership of the building surveying team. Typical instructions could include:

• Dilapidations
• Project management
• Technical due diligence

The Building Surveyor?

• Ideally MRICS, MCIOB considered depending on experience
• Client facing demeanour
• Business generation experience is advantageous
• Leadership experience is beneficial
