Job Description

Position Project Manager – London Salary £45K- £65K Benefits 26 Days Annual Leave, Pension, Private Medical Cover, Car Allowance/Business Mileage Based Head Office/Site Based (London) Projects Large Residential Developments –

 

1)To Project manage the successful delivery of a high quality 75 unit, Mixed tenure Design and Built Residential Development in Hackney. Construction method is Piled foundations with concrete frame superstructure. The external walls consist of LSF clad with brickwork. Extensive soft and hard landscaping. Approx. value £17m.

2) To Project manage the successful delivery of a high quality 25 unit, Mixed tenure Design and Built Residential Development with some commercial shell and core in Islington. Construction method is concrete raft foundations with steel frame superstructure. The external walls consist of LSF clad with brickwork. Extensive soft and hard landscaping. Approx. value £9m, Experience with working in close consultation with Network Rail and London Underground is an advantage.

3) To Project manage the successful delivery of a high quality 132 unitMixed tenure phased residential Development in Barnet. Construction method is Piled foundations with concrete frame superstructure. The external walls consist of LSF clad with brickwork. Extensive soft and hard landscaping. Approx. value £30m.

4) To Project manage the successful delivery of a high quality 133 unit, Mixed tenure phased residential Development with some commercial shell and core in Watford .Construction method is Piled foundations with traditional frame superstructure clad in brickwork .Extensive soft and hard landscaping .Approx. value £30m .

5)To Project manage the successful delivery of a high quality 150 unit, Mixed tenure phased residential Development in Deptford. Construction method is Piled foundations with concrete frame superstructure. The external walls consist of LSF clad with brickwork. Extensive soft and hard landscaping. Approx. value £30m.

Experience ·         A track record of successful delivery of projects

 

·         Broad range of construction experience including main contract and mixed tenure private/affordable apartment developments (desirable not essential)

·         Experience across a variety of construction types

·         Proven experience of managing a team of people

·         The ability to control costs, timing and quality, in line with targets

The Role ·         Maintain personal health and safety whilst at work by following company guidelines

 

·         Oversee construction, ensuring works are carried out to meet building control standards, are in accordance with the drawing specification and contract documents and the highest standards of quality and workmanship are maintained

·         To ensure contracts are financially controlled, to budget and to the client’s requirements

·         Site teams understand the overall plan and their role within that

·         All projects are completed by the original contract completion date

·         Design and procurement schedule complies with construction programme

·         Develop, manage and maintain good working relationships with the client/customer to uphold the company reputation and brand

 

Skills and Qualifications ·         Educated to degree level – desirable

 

·         Appropriate CSCS card

·         SMSTS certificate

·         First Aid at Work certificate

·         Valid driving licence

·         MCIOB – desirable but not essential
