Site Manager - Externals

The Role:

Our client is looking for an experienced site manager with similar experience to manage the external envelope on approx. 8 residential buildings. The role will involve but not be limited to:

• Overseeing subcontractors on site to ensure project remains in line with the programme
• Maintaining health and safety at all times
• Checking and maintaining quality
• Producing weekly reports on H&S and project progress
• Overseeing and having ultimate responsibility of the external envelope construction
• Reporting into an on-site project manager

About you:

• Previous experience managing external packages essential, ideally on a similar build
• Have the correct CITB and First Aid qualifications for the position.
• Be able to control subcontract packages.
• Good level of IT literacy in Microsoft Office packages.
• A strong working knowledge warehouse builds
• Strong organisational skills with proven time management skills.
