Painter / Decorator

Exciting opportunities have arisen for Sub-contract Painter and Decorators to join a thriving property repairs and refurbishment business based in Lincoln. In return, we offer good hourly rates and price work along with security of long term contracts. From a network of centres across the UK, our primary business is planned and reactive maintenance, repairs and refurbishment. We partner public, private and commercial property owners as well as insurance companies, loss adjusters and renewable energy companies. The Painter will be required to work as part of a team on major refurbishment projects we partner public, private and commercial property owners as well as insurance companies, loss adjusters. The Painters role will involve: Working to a program Be able to hit deadlines Working within a team All tasks of refurbishment painting and decorating The successful Painter and Decorator will: Hold a full UK driving licence Have their own Vehicle Hold a CSCS card Possess Asbestos Awareness certificate (not essential but be willing to gain one) Have a good knowledge of refurbishment work Have their own tools ,110v Be available to start immediately The hours of work will be mainly Monday-Friday, 7.30am-4.30pm on long term contracts.
