Assistant Building surveyor

This market leading company is expanding it's Building Surveying team by recruiting a recently qualified building surveyor with the following skills and experience: * Building surveying graduate with at least one years experience * A keen interest in focusing their career in project management * Some experience in contract administration would be ideal * Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with clients and contractors * An enthusiastic and outgoing individual, with strong communication and IT skills In return they can offer a varied role as part of a growing team, which will provide experience in project management across different sectors ranging from the refurbishment of individual buildings through to large scale and high profile development and regeneration schemes.
