They are looking to take on an Assistant Site Manager to work alongside the an existing operational team and to have full involvement and assistance for the entirety of the project. As well as co-managing the teams of sub contractors, you will be tasked to assist the site team to manage the building project in accordance with agreed timescales, quality and cost.
This role will initially be based on a £4m new build school scheme in Plymouth.
The ideal candidate MUST have:
* 6 - 12 months hands on site experience as a trainee or assistant
* Construction related qualification preferred
* Competent knowledge of Health & Safety
* Ambition to progress to Site Management position within the next 1 - 3 years (depending on experience)
