Our client is looking for a Graduate Technical Enquiries Advisor with a Minimum of 2:1 in Construction Management. The client leads the market in high performance internal partitioning systems. Providing plaster, plasterboard, drylining and ceiling solutions which shape modern interiors for the residential, commercial and off-site sectors of the construction industry. About the job To provide our customers with technical solutions (verbal) in a consultative manor .Confirmations are provided through either through outline/NBS specifications with a focus towards cross selling and upselling opportunities. The exciting role will include the following: - Technical Advice -Provides accurate and market leading written and verbal technical advice to customers enabling customers to get their needs met whilst maximising commercial specification. Selling -Consults with customers both verbally and through written word and responds to their needs enabling customers to get their needs met whilst maximising commercial specification. Continual Improvements -Identifies opportunities for improvements in how things are done within the team and recommends these for implementation so as to improve team effectiveness and efficiency. Idea Generation and Experimentation -Generates new ideas on how service provision can meet the evolving needs of the customers and experiments with different ways of implementing these so as to satisfy customers and encourage them to return. Capability Development-Taps into sources of technical and professional know-how across the team and business on an ongoing basis as to keep abreast of changes within the industry thereby using the latest know-how to advise and support customers.
