Quantity Surveyor Nuneaton £40,000 - £45,000 p/a + vehicle Alecto Recruitment is proud to be recruiting on behalf of an excellent Civil Engineering Company based in Nuneaton. Our client requires an experienced Quantity Surveyor with experience in Groundworks and Civil Engineering to come into the role and hit the ground running. The successful candidate will be working in and around the Midlands area. Duties will include, Estimating/negotiating tenders, valuations, variation accounts, agreeing final accounts, cost analysis The successful applicant must have experience within the commercial and industrial sector ideally specialising within a Civils/groundworks environment .
