Contracts Manager

A highly reputable local building contractor based in Devon are looking to take on a Contracts Manager for their thriving business. Specialising in maintenance and general construction projects, they have an existing TO of approx £12M and looking to double this over the next 12 months. The Contract Manager role will be based out of their office in Devon and will be tasked to managing multiple projects ranging in value between £500k to £6M. Responsible for the day to day operations and delivering projects on time and in budget, the role will also encompass some commercial duties, so the ideal candidate must have a good financial awareness. The ideal candidate will have: * Minimum 3 years experience in a Contracts Manager role * Construction related qualification preferred * Experience managing multiple contracts The role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone perhaps fed up working for a larger corporate organisation and wanting the challenge of joining an already reputable but growing business in the Devon region.
