Monitoring Surveyor

Monitoring Surveyor London £negotiable DOE My client is one of the UK's leading providers of business process management and integrated professional support service solutions. They are presently recruiting for a Monitoring Surveyor to work within their well-respected team which specialises solely in working for banks and financial institutions. In this role you will be working on projects ranging from multiple complex small projects through to large new build projects. In this role you will: * Be responsible for the day to day service delivery ensuring that client objectives are met through the delivery of a value added cost management service. * Be required to assist in business development, bid writing and winning work utilising market knowledge to facilitate growth. * Be part of a team of cost managers - you will be responsible for the quality and efficient delivery of a number of projects in various sectors. * Determine the cost and resource targets for each project in consultation with Director such that required profitability levels are met * Communicate cost and resource targets to the relevant project team members at the beginning and during the life of the project * Control and manage own time to ensure all project and management responsibilities are fulfilled. The ideal candidate will be MRICS qualified with a degree in a construction related discipline. You will have prior experience in consultancy practise or a main contractor ideally with development monitoring experience.
