Maintenance Operative

We're looking for a Maintenance Operative to work for our client on a large, static site in the Grimsby area. The role will involve all aspects of planned & reactive work including basic plumbing, joinery, patch plastering, tiling, decorating, flooring repairs, painting, replacing lamps and door repairs. The ideal candidate will have: - Experience of working in a maintenance role before, with experience of multiple trades. - A recognised qualification in a trade discipline (preferred, but not essential) - Good health & safety awareness. - Checkable work references The hours of work will be 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
