I have been employed by one of my clients, who have an office based in Surrey, to aid them in the appointment of an experienced Architectural Technician. The client is offering a great opportunity for an experienced Technician to join a team of 4 reporting into a Technical Manager, the chance to manage their own residential projects from planning approval to handover.
This is a unique role that offers candidates the opportunity to be heavily involved in the delivery stage of their own projects as well as being responsible for completing the detailed designs.
The projects are typically traditional build 1 and 2 bedroom houses and apartments up to 5 storeys with high-spec finishes.
In return for this opportunity, candidates can expect a competitive basic salary + package along with the opportunity to work on lots of new upcoming projects. For further information, please send your CV to Chris Starling on (url removed) or call (Apply online only) for a confidential conversation
