The Role As QA Coordinator, you'll be responsible for ensuring all quality assurance documentation is managed efficiently throughout the project lifecycle, supporting site teams to achieve successful commissioning and client handover. Working alongside Project Managers, Site Managers, Engineers and Commissioning Managers, you'll play a key role in maintaining quality standards and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest level. Responsibilities Coordinate all QA documentation across multiple MEP projects. Manage Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), inspection records and quality checklists. Track testing, commissioning and quality inspections. Ensure all QA documentation is completed, reviewed and issued in line with project programmes. Assist in the preparation and compilation of O&M manuals and handover documentation. Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, consultants and clients to resolve outstanding QA items. Support internal quality audits and ensure compliance with company procedures. Maintain accurate records using document management systems. What We're Looking For Previous experience in a QA Coordinator, Document Controller or Quality Assurance role within the MEP or construction industry. Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical building services. Experience coordinating quality documentation on live construction projects. Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across project teams. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they're looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Construction Manager to oversee the successful delivery of high-value CAT A & CAT B office fit-outs across Central London. This is an excellent opportunity to join a business renowned for delivering technically challenging projects to blue-chip clients, with clear opportunities to progress into Senior Management. The Role As Mechanical Construction Manager, you'll take ownership of the mechanical installation on fast-paced commercial fit-out schemes, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards. You'll work closely with the Project Manager, Design Team, Commercial Team and subcontractors, coordinating site activities from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover. Responsibilities Manage mechanical installation works across multiple commercial fit-out projects. Coordinate mechanical subcontractors and direct labour on site. Ensure works are delivered in accordance with programme and project specifications. Lead daily site coordination meetings and liaise with principal contractors and client teams. Electrical Site Manager / Project Manager Kent 14-Week Contract Start: 1st Week of August EL1 Clearance Essential We're currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Site Manager / Project Manager to oversee electrical survey works at a HMP . This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience delivering projects within secure or highly regulated environments. Due to the nature of the project, EL1 Security Clearance is mandatory. Unfortunately, candidates without current EL1 clearance cannot be considered. The Role You'll be responsible for managing the electrical survey programme on-site, coordinating engineers, liaising with the client, and ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with programme requirements. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day site operations for the electrical survey works. Coordinate and supervise survey engineers and subcontractors. Ensure all works comply with health & safety regulations and prison security procedures. Liaise with the client, prison authorities and project stakeholders. Monitor progress against programme and provide regular updates. Produce site reports and maintain project documentation. Resolve any site issues to ensure the project remains on schedule. Requirements Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager or Electrical Project Manager. Strong background managing electrical installation or survey projects.
