As the (Mechanical and Electrical) Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for managing the commercial and financial aspects of building services projects from tender to final account. Key responsibilities include cost estimation, subcontractor procurement, valuation of works, variation management, and ensuring projects stay within budget. They work closely with project teams to mitigate risk. Core Responsibilities Tendering & Procurement: Preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ), analyzing tender documents, and selecting subcontractors for M&E packages.
