We are seeking an experienced and commercially aware Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of construction projects across a range of sectors and contract values. Projects may range from specialist works such as fire door installations and compliance upgrades through to major refurbishment and construction schemes valued between 10 million and 15 million. This is primarily a site-based/static role, with the successful candidate based on a designated project. However, there may be occasional requirements to attend the head office or other company locations for meetings, reporting, or commercial reviews.
