I m currently recruiting on behalf of my client, a regional tier1 main contractor specialising in major projects across the high rise residential and dfe sector a Design Manager in the Derby area. As Design Manager on this project, your responsibilities will include: Attending and contributing to design meetings Reviewing designs Maintaining thorough documentation of the design process Liaising with clients, architects and external consultants Managing site audits and creating proactive risk assessments Ensuring sub-contractor compliance with client specifications Ensuring project completion in line with programme Value engineering/ resolving technical and design issues Required: Travel 2 times a week to Sufflok area.
