Key Responsibilities Managing all commercial aspects of multiple new-build residential developments. Preparing and managing budgets, cost plans, and forecasts. Procurement of subcontractors and suppliers. Preparing tender documentation and carrying out tender analysis. Negotiating subcontract agreements and managing subcontractor accounts.
