We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the construction of a high end bespoke house project in Bicester. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a premium residential build of the highest calibre. You MUST have independent house building on your resume. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining a safe and well organised site. Key Responsibilities Oversee all on site construction activities from start to completion Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers Ensure works are delivered to high end residential standards and specifications Maintain strict health & safety compliance across the site Monitor programme timelines and report progress to senior management Conduct quality inspections to ensure workmanship meets design and client expectations Manage deliveries, logistics, and site organisation Resolve technical and construction issues as they arise Maintain clear communication with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders Requirements Proven experience as a Site Manager on high end residential or bespoke housing projects Excellent leadership and subcontractor management skills Ability to maintain exceptional quality control and attention to detail Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification Temporary Works Certfication Excellent communication and organisational skills
