Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the construction of a high end bespoke house project in Bicester. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a premium residential build of the highest calibre. You MUST have independent house building on your resume.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining a safe and well organised site.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all on site construction activities from start to completion
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers
• Ensure works are delivered to high end residential standards and specifications
• Maintain strict health & safety compliance across the site
• Monitor programme timelines and report progress to senior management
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure workmanship meets design and client expectations
• Manage deliveries, logistics, and site organisation
• Resolve technical and construction issues as they arise
• Maintain clear communication with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on high end residential or bespoke housing projects
• Excellent leadership and subcontractor management skills
• Ability to maintain exceptional quality control and attention to detail
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification
• Temporary Works Certfication
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
