Technical Services Manager Knightsbridge, London 90,000 Immediate Start 12 Recruitment are currently working with a leading Main Contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Technical Services Manager to join their team on an ultra-luxury residential development in Knightsbridge, London . The project is approaching its final stages, so this is an excellent opportunity for a Technical Services Manager with strong experience delivering high-end residential schemes to take ownership of the technical services package through completion. Following completion of the Knightsbridge project, you will transition onto another ultra-luxury residential development in Belgravia , providing excellent continuity and long-term opportunity. The Role As Technical Services Manager, you will be responsible for managing the MEP and technical services delivery across the project, working closely with the construction team, consultants, specialist subcontractors and client representatives. Key responsibilities include: Manage the delivery of all technical services and MEP works through the final stages of the project. Coordinate MEP subcontractors, consultants and specialist contractors. Review technical drawings, specifications and design information. Identify and resolve technical issues affecting programme, quality and buildability. Manage technical submissions, RFIs, design changes and approvals. Coordinate MEP works with the wider construction programme. Monitor installation quality and ensure works are delivered in accordance with project requirements. Support commissioning, testing and handover activities. Attend design, coordination and progress meetings. Work closely with the Project Manager and wider site management team. Maintain strong relationships with the client, consultants and specialist supply chain. Ensure technical documentation and information is maintained through to completion. About You The successful candidate will have: Proven experience as a Technical Services Manager, MEP Manager, Building Services Manager or similar . Strong experience working for a Main Contractor. Previous experience delivering high-end residential or luxury residential projects. A strong technical understanding of mechanical and electrical building services. Experience managing MEP subcontractors and specialist contractors. Good knowledge of construction sequencing, coordination and commissioning. Strong communication and organisational skills. The ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-quality project environment. A hands-on approach with the ability to drive issues through to resolution. Commissioning Manager Knightsbridge, London 90,000 Immediate Start 12 Recruitment are working with a leading Main Contractor seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager for an ultra-luxury residential development in Knightsbridge. The project is approaching its final stages, with the successful candidate taking responsibility for driving commissioning through to completion and handover. Following this project, there is an opportunity to move onto a further ultra-luxury residential development in Belgravia. The role also provides an excellent opportunity to lead, mentor and train a commissioning team , helping develop less experienced members of the team and establish best practice. The Role Manage the commissioning process from installation through to final handover. Coordinate mechanical, electrical and associated building services commissioning. Manage commissioning specialists, subcontractors and specialist suppliers. Develop and monitor commissioning programmes and trackers. Ensure systems are tested and commissioned to project requirements. Coordinate testing, balancing and integrated systems testing. Identify commissioning issues and drive them through to resolution. Work closely with construction and technical services teams. Coordinate with consultants, client representatives and specialist contractors. Review commissioning documentation, test results and certification. Support O&M information and handover documentation. Attend commissioning meetings and provide progress updates. Support final completion, snagging and handover activities. Lead and develop members of the commissioning team. Mentor less experienced engineers and provide technical guidance. Deliver training and share commissioning knowledge across the team. Establish and promote effective commissioning procedures and best practice. Maintain strong communication across the project team. Previous Main Contractor or MEP Contractor experience is required. Experience on high-end residential, luxury residential, hospitality or similarly high-specification projects is advantageous. About You The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction commissioning, with the technical knowledge and project experience to take ownership of the commissioning process. You will be comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders and specialist contractors, resolving technical issues and driving activities towards completion.
