The client: Our client is delivering a major residential development in Essex. The project is scheduled to continue through to 2028, creating an excellent opportunity for an experienced M&E professional to join the project team and play a key role in the successful delivery of the development. Due to continued project requirements, they are looking to appoint an experienced M&E Manager to oversee the mechanical and electrical elements of the works from construction through to completion. The role: As M&E Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all mechanical and electrical services across the residential project, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and to the required quality standards. You will oversee M&E subcontractors and specialist contractors, coordinate services with the wider construction programme and work closely with the Project Manager, Site Managers, design teams and wider project team.
