London Renovations Group is now looking for a mature experienced builder (8yrs experience)to join our friendly team on a permanent basis and lead a 4th team following experience is essential.
- Loft conversion
- Extension, groundworks & roof-works
- New build
- Refurbishment / HMO
- Carpentry
- Plastering & skimming
- Plumbing & electrics
The ideal candidate MUST have the following knowledge to join us:-
- Good understanding of current UK building regulations.
- Must be able to read and understand architects drawings & calculations.
- Able to price projects based from drawings, calculations and site visits.
- Must be able to order daily materials from wholesalers.
- Is able to manage and lead a team
- Able to work as part of a team.
- Is compliant to working against deadlines to complete project.
- Is compliant to working with daily work schedule.
- Must have own tool.
Please note you must be local to ilford (East london) pls put your age , and possible start date. English language is essential / Punjabi is an advantage
What's on offer:
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent /
Salary: rate subject to experience & agreement.
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Mon- Sat
- 48 hours per week
