The Position
We are looking to recruit an experienced Electrician with previous experience in a maintenance type role or similar. The successful applicant will have excellent electrical experience and will ideally hold up to date industry qualifications. This role will join our combined completions and aftercare team to assist with a variety of construction and repair works in existing properties throughout London and the home counties.
The ideal candidate will have good general construction knowledge, with a good eye for detail and will have previous experience within a similar role. You will be responsible for the following duties:
Producing drawings primarily in Revit (3D) but some in AutoCAD (2D).
Ensuring all work is in line with current legislation and industry standards.
Liaising with the specific project Architectural Team Leader regarding the overall project, the projects drawing programme and the assignment of drawings tasks.
Understanding the brief given by the Team Leader for the tasks including the content and allocated time.
Working closely with the Team Leader and other members of the project team to deliver the tasks and attend meetings when required.
Where necessary, liaising with external consultants, design dub-contractors or suppliers and coordinating the input from various disciplines.

We are looking for an experienced Document Controller to join our team on-site at Tottenham Court Road, London.

Assist in the ongoing development of iTWO Cost X Cost Planning and Estimating software
Preparation of Value Engineering Budget advice.
Preparation of, or scrutiny of externally prepared NRM based Cost Estimates and/or Formal Cost Plans
Attendance of pre-planning DTMs' to assist design decisions.
Preparation of formal Cost Planning model(s)
Collaboration with Design and Construction team members to provide cost advice during conceptual and detailed design phases
Advice to Procurement teams on Elemental Scope of Works analysis for resource tendering.
The Person
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:
Minimum 10 years' experience working for a Residential Developer or Cost Consultant
RICS or CIOB qualified
Detailed knowledge and familiarity of Building Elemental Cost analysis, NRM1 and the IPMS
Extensive experience in Residential New build across low rise, medium and high-rise properties
Knowledge of mixed use residential led developments would also be desirable.
Experience of iTWO Cost X software desirable but not essential.

We are currently recruiting a Cost Planner to join Galliard Homes at our Head Office in Loughton Essex. As an experienced Cost Planner, you will be part of an established commercial department working together to deliver high-end developments across London and the surrounding areas.

As an experienced Commercial Manager, you will be part of an established commercial department working together to deliver high-end developments across London and the surrounding areas.
You will be responsible for the following duties:
Responsible for managing post contract surveying activity and performance
Ensure Subcontract tender enquiry documentation is prepared in time and follows agreed commercial principles.
Liaise with Procurement team to agree Procurement strategy.
Review and approve proposed subcontract orders in accordance with agreed procedures prior to seeking final Authorisation.
Recommend surveying resource requirements for each development
Assist Commercial Director in all necessary recruitment.
Oversee/undertake all Post Contract surveying staff Frequent Feedback
Agree with the Commercial Director - Staff training requirements
Manage Graduate and/or apprentice training and project placement
Ensure monthly development cost reports are prepared, checked, and delivered in accordance with agreed procedures.
Prepare a monthly Commercial Summary report that provides development metrics and development risks across all active Developments
Undertake all necessary commercial audit procedures on Sub-Contract Accounts.
