* As the operations manager you ideally will have installations or contracts management / technical experience with an ability to ensure that installations are managed and seen through to satisfactory on time completion.
* You will need to have worked in the double glazing / window and glazing industry and be able to demonstrate an ability to manage multiple installations, ensuring that windows and doors get to site on time and that window fitters work within the company guidelines.
* You will be an operations manager and ideally will have strong people skills with the ability to manage a busy office, you will be responsible for the day to day management of the overall business working alongside the owner.
