We have new opportunity for a Senior Site Manager to join our team at Vistry Partnerships East Midlands, at our Stamford Site. As our Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day control of the site, management and delivery of project works and in the management and delivery of a flagship large scale project that is key to our region and projected growth
The project is located in Stamford and consists of 200 traditionally built units on a mixed tenure basis. 73 of the units will be open market sale with the remaining 127 pre-sold to an existing Client . We are looking for a driven individual from a solid build background to play a key role in the delivery of quality homes, on time and on budget. Situated on brownfield land in Stamford, enabling works is due to commence in the immediate weeks, and a substantial groundworks package is about to be placed as we begin to put together a delivery team to be managed by our Senior Site manager
You will be looking to prove yourself on prestigious, high-quality project located in a sought after area.

Responsible for the safety and welfare of the general public, staff and supply chain within their control under the strict observance of the safety policy
Working safely, stopping work if unsafe and speaking up to address any safety concerns
Participate in safety initiatives
Maintain site cleanliness and presentation on site at all times
Responsibility for the successful completion of the overall project and to lead by example in all that they do, managing the day to day delivery of construction project, quality, time, procurement, contractors
Manage sub-contractors, including monitoring of contractor attendance and progress; provide direct instruction and support as necessary such that contractual arrangements are achieved
Follow Vistry site procedures and maintain all daily, weekly, and monthly site paperwork as is required to be audit compliant
Involved with the management of internal/external design team/consultants to meet project deadlines under supervision from a Contract Manager
Produces and regularly reviews short term programmes in line with the overall project programme (including procurement & Design & Build) to ensure completion on time under the supervision of Contract Manager
Ensure that detailed plans are available commensurate with the overall project plan such that material/resources/supply chain can be delivered to meet scheduled deadlines
Appreciate the commercial implications and drivers within the construction process and incorporate these into decision making working closely with the project Surveyor
Liaise with Contract Manager to ensure that they are fully aware of project progress and is notified of all financial, specification and time risks ensuring that all additional work is identified

The project is located in Peterborough and consists of 70 traditionally built units for an existing Client on a design and build basis. We are looking for a driven individual from a solid build background to play a key supporting role in the delivery of quality homes, on time and on budget. We have a new opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager to join our team at Vistry Partnerships East Midlands, at our Stamford Site. As our Assistant Site Manager, you will support the Senior Site Manager with the day to day control of the site, management and delivery of project works and in the management and delivery of a larger scale project.
The project is located in Stamford and consists of 200 traditionally built units on a mixed tenure basis. 73 of the units will be open market sale with the remaining 127 pre-sold to an existing Client . We are looking for a driven individual from a solid build background to play a key role in the delivery of quality homes, on time and on budget. Situated on brownfield land in Stamford, enabling works is due to commence in the immediate weeks, and a substantial groundworks package is about to be placed as we begin to put together a delivery team to be managed by our Senior Site manager.
You will be looking to prove yourself on prestigious, high quality project located in a sought after area.

Lead the town planning process, taking a site from allocation / outline decision to full planning application. You will be responsible for liaising with the planning officer to ensure the local authorities validation list is satisfied and planning will go to committee in a timely manner.
Generate and implement own ideas for engineering solutions, be able to critically appraise engineering solutions for better business outcomes.

As our Defect Co-ordinator, you will provide an exceptional customer care service to all Vistry Partnerships London Clients in accordance with the guidelines specified within the associated contract conditions. You will ensure the attendance of all defects reported to Vistry Partnerships London contracts during each defect's liability period are completed within the stipulated timescales. You will inform all clients and their home buyers in accordance with KPIs as to the status of all reported defect issues. You will aid in securing the release of all monies held in retention upon each contract within the contractual requirements.

Record defect issues immediately upon the Defects Management Database
If doubt exists regarding the authenticity of the reported defect issue, contact the originator or tenant of the report to ascertain the providence of the reported issue, before sending the defect issue for action to the appropriate party.
Arrange access appointments with client/contract administrators/tenants for VP London operatives and sub-contractors, where possible, and confirm appointments with all parties.
Ensure that all Subcontractors and Directly Employed Operatives are attending to defects in accordance with the requirements of the companies "Code of Conduct".
Chase sub-contractors regarding the status of the reported defect issue and required actions where applicable and issue notice to the subcontractor upon failure of attendance with contractual obligations.
Update the database with the cause of each defect, date completed and ensuring defect trend analysis.
Write to Contract Administrator/Client/Home Buyer on a weekly/fortnightly/monthly basis or as required by the contract to confirm the status of each reported defect (open, closed & abortive). Scan all signed "defect report sheets" and issue with the status report
Issue defect reports to assigned subcontractor/VP London Customer Services Operative for completion within the time scales proscribed within the contract
Ensure that the Contract Administrator, Client and the Clients Tenants are kept fully appraised of the status of each reported defects issue
Issue, weekly, fortnightly and monthly status reports in confirmation of open, closed and abortive issues together with the appropriate objective evidence in confirmation of same
Competencies -
Experience of providing Customer Service Defects Management in a busy organisation.
Experience of working with contractors and supply Chain Partners and monitoring of service standards
Understanding of employer's requirements and working within KPI and service level agreements
