Job Role - Mobile Electrician Salary - £25,000 - £35,000 Location - The offices are located in Islington but the majority of their work is in East London. Important Information - Ideally you will need your own van! The client is either happy to give you a contribution towards a van if not or a van can be sorted out but if you have your own van the salary you recieve will be higher. _____________________________________________________________________ My Client are a property maintenance company based in Islington and have been trading since December 2009. They are currently working with many local estate agents and property management companies as well as private landlords. They are currently looking for an electrician to work with their residential clients in the East London area. Working hours are Monday - Friday 8-5. As an electrician you will be working in both occupied and unoccupied properties in London. This will involve working on a mobile basis between properties, mainly in the East London area. Our client is seeking a Resident Liaison Officer to work within Hammersmith and Fulham area. For this role, you will be working with our teams, booking appointments for essential electrical Inspection. Your day to day duties will be as followed: - Calling on residents to book appointments. Evening telephone follow up calls to residents confirming appointments and scheduling appointments. Being the first point of contact for residents Updating the residents on the works that are being carried out on their property. Dealing with any complaints in a timely manner. We are looking for an experienced RLO who is preferably immediately available and can hit the ground running. The right individual will have a valid CSCS Card, as well as a clean driving license and own vehicle. Able to provide references from previous similar jobs. Flexible Hours – 40 hours per week

Please find Job Description below: Electrician * Experience in commercial buildings * Small works including replacements and new installations. * Undertake maintenance works, quickly and accurately diagnose faults and repair, complete remedial and installation works in a workmanlike manner for the range of building services found in our customer’s buildings that are within your scope. * Experience with installing/ repairing. * C&G 2382 (Ideally 18th Edition) * Working mainly (London Based) Additional Requirements * You have demonstrated engineering ability with at least five years of experience in a commercial building services setting. * Cross-industry experience is welcome. * You have a passion for learning about the latest technology and products. * You’ll need to be flexible with your schedule. * Your work hours will be based on business needs * Any other tasks / duties as required by the Company.
