The Role The role of the Maintenance Contract Manager involves: - The implementation of contract processes, coordination of management actions and activities, operational site activities, managing employees and subcontractors and more. - Maintaining appropriate systems to enable effective planning and scheduling of Contract activities. - Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety, Equality & Diversity, Business Continuity and Business Planning policies and processes. - Maintaining Contract controls and in monitoring Contract reporting including escalation as appropriate to the Contract Service Manager. - Manage change control process and documentation. - Responsible for Contract file management using robust version control. - Organise regular formal meetings, such as the monthly meeting where performance over the month is reviewed. - Act as the central contact point for Contractor Contract communications. - Financial control -Monitoring of contract spend and the compilation of budgets. - Approve Risks and issues - Maintain Contract risk and issue logs, escalating as appropriate. - Organise and attend daily meetings with the contractor to review progress of work and resolve issues. - Work with our Supply Chain to plan major maintenance works for our clients. - Prioritise overdue work and sign of work that cannot be completed. - Monitor key performance indicators and produce a report to the Service Manager on a monthly basis. - In addition to the skills above the candidate will be able to demonstrate: - Evidence of managing changing and heavy workloads whilst maintaining good service standards. - Experience of managing a busy team and prioritising their workloads, playing to team strengths and supporting them to deliver Excellent customer service and user liaison skills at all levels. - A team-orientated approach, with the ability to motivate and encourage others to do their best while leading by example

Dawson Levy is delighted to be working with our client, a infrastructure construction contractor to recruit for a Planning Development Manager based out on an Office in South London. Working within the Pre-Construction office, you will be responsible for the development of sub-packages of pre-construction works for both the company and Network Rail for projects on the Wessex Route. Responsible for the development of schemes through design and other pre-construction activites in order to hand schems over to the delivery teams. Working closly with customers, stakeholders, design partners, suppliers and delivery teams. Location: South London Office with time on sites within the Network Rail Wessex Route. Dawson Levy are delighted to announce that we are recruiting for a M&E Construction Manager to work for a Global Main Contractor company on a hyperscale Data Centre. The purpose of the role is to; * Day to day coordination of all construction activities for all stakeholders * Mapping out the works (with the SLD planning resource) with the relevant contractors so as to de-conflict potential problems and issues on a week by week look ahead (3 weeks) * Coordinate activities with FacOps using CMMS and TeamUp and ensure that contractors submit MOP schedule(s) with timing (taking account of 4 week approval period), help expedite MOP via e-Builder with the FPM & ICMSP CPM General activities * Hold whiteboard meetings with the contractors each morning prior to commencement of work * Collating H&S plans of each contractor and responsible for H&S within the construction space - and to coordinate with the site EHS coordinator * End of day sync with the contractors and with the planner so as to understand earned progress and update the works to come notices to FacOps and revise as necessary any access permits/MOPs * Set up and co-ordinate with the contractors the WorkPlace page for the project(s) * Organise (with the site EHS co-ordinator) the site specific H&S inductions for the contractors' personnel and maintain records of same * Liaise with the access control coordinator for badging - have selected contractor POC on-boarded to facilitate this task. * Daily walkdowns on work fronts to ensure that work areas are barriered off correctly, that the correct signage is in place, that MOP and RAMS and POW are being carried out correctly. Inspections for PPE compliance also * Coordinate with site IBOS POC for deliveries, clashes, etc. * Hold weekly OAC meetings with all stakeholders for check in & co-ordination of scope and possible changes * Daily touch-point meetings with ICMSP CPM & FPM

In country position - Key responsibilities Develop/monitor quality program metrics to evaluate the project's performance. Analyze saidmetrics to understand the root cause of any disconcerting trends and then work with the applicable parties to correct those items. * Contribute to building a high performing team by mentoring and developing the on-site partner construction QA/QC team. * Develop and/or enforce robust QA/QC processes and standards to enable efficiency and effectiveness along with leading effective cross-functional communications. * Provide leadership to the quality team, and interface at the highest level between design, construction, and facility operations leadership as well as the general contractor. * Provide training of personnel to ensure awareness of quality procedures and specific responsibilities in the QA/QC process. * Audit QA/QC activities of staff and subcontractors as often and as necessary to assess conformance with the QA/QC procedures. * Perform quality engineering reviews of design documentation for compliance with stated requirements, including vendor quality manuals and company quality records. * Develop, review and approve, if required, Level 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 commissioning documentation related to product and process quality such as Construction Quality Procedures (CQPs) and checklists, technical deliverables, and test procedures and plans. * Recommend and verify effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions for project non-conformances and quality issues, in coordination with project quality and construction management, design, engineering, and other functional disciplines. * Review Commissioning Agent Level 1, 4, and 5 commissioning scripts and provide feedback

Responsibilities * Coordinate and provide direction, training and mentoring to on site construction teams and internal client stakeholders to implement effective safety methodologies. * Perform risk assessments for all construction related tasks. * Collaborate with our General Contractor to monitor the safety program on the project site and maintain a good working relationship to facilitate zero incidents. * Provide guidance to the project team, and our contractors, to implement effective safety methodologies on site. * Facilitate incident investigation, root cause analysis and reporting for corrective actions. * Work in conjunction with Construction Safety Team to ensure deliverables and job functions maintain minimum standards. * Coordination of FM Global review and site visits. * Participate and assist with on-site training to enhance safety efforts. * Be actively engaged in maintaining cross-functional relationships to foster cooperation and enhance safety endeavors. * Effectively integrate into the construction sequence on site to facilitate best in class safety performance. * Function within the framework of a holistic risk management program. * Relocate/transfer to other EU based New Build data centre projects. * Coordinate and provide direction, training and mentoring to on site construction teams and internal Facebook stakeholders to implement effective safety methodologies. * Perform risk assessments for all construction related tasks. * Collaborate with our General Contractor to monitor the safety program on the project site and maintain a good working relationship to facilitate zero incidents. * Provide guidance to the project team, and our contractors, to implement effective safety methodologies on site. * Facilitate incident investigation, root cause analysis and reporting for corrective actions. * Work in conjunction with Construction Loss Control Team to ensure deliverables and job functions maintain minimum standards. * Participate and assist with on-site training to enhance safety efforts. * Be actively engaged in maintaining cross-functional relationships to foster cooperation and enhance safety endeavors. * Effectively integrate into the construction sequence on site to facilitate best in class safety performance. * Function within the framework of a holistic risk management program. * Lead on and undertake Joint Safety Walks with the General Contractor and prepare the associated reports on a monthly basis. * Prepare content / contribute to items such as newsletters and program wide safety initiatives. * Leads on safety coordination meetings with the operational datacenter teams as required. * Acts in roles required under local laws as required (e.g. PSCS/PSDP, BAS-P, BAS-U and 'Coordinator') on behalf of the client as required / necessary. * Assist in the roll out of global initiatives such as Safety Surveys and the preparation of global standards, procedures and other administrative tasks. * Prepare a weekly safety report in the standard format for the jobsite to reflect current progress
