About the role Our client currently has a position available for an experienced Asset Compliance professional to join their team based in Wellingborough. The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience: ● Experience of managing a team across several disciplines ● Educated to degree level or equivalent industry experience. ● You’ll be a member of a relevant professional body and/or hold an appropriate qualification in construction or property management, Health and Safety or demonstrable working experience. ● Strong knowledge of the legal, regulatory and best practice framework related to asset property compliance functions. ● Strong systems and data management knowledge ● Experience of overseeing and managing contractors/ contracts for core risk areas for property compliance.
