About the role:
The Pre-Construction Submissions Manager will ultimately take responsibility for understanding, writing, editing, and producing construction specific responses for framework and tender submissions across a variety of market sectors.

Pre-Construction Submissions Manager - North East and Yorkshire
A well-established, Tier one building contractor is looking for a Pre-Construction Submissions Manager to join their team in the North East and Yorkshire.
About the role:
The Pre-Construction Submissions Manager will ultimately take responsibility for understanding, writing, editing, and producing construction specific responses for framework and tender submissions across a variety of market sectors.
Working alongside the Bid Managers and the Proposals and Graphics team and have responsibility for making sure all final submissions are consistent, engaging and to the highest standard possible to achieve agreed work winning targets.
Liaising with different departments to gain key bid intelligence.
Ensure bid feedback and debriefs are collated analysed and fed back into future tenders.
Work as a team to hit tight deadlines.
What you will need:
A background in Commercial, Bid writing or Project Management
Experience with a Tier one contractor (Preferred)
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Strong evidence backed experience of writing, editing, and overseeing high quality persuasive pre-qualification, tender and framework submissions within Construction
Able to work as part of a team and individually
Excellent IT skills
Full driving licence (Preferred)

Develop project specific programmes that clearly identify the project processes and linking of activities as required for multi-functional project team interfaces
Assign ownership for all project deliverables and obtain sign on to the programme by the Project Team.
Assign resources requirements for the execution of each phase of the project in accordance with the project specific budget.
Review all appropriate engineering, procurement, manufacturing and site construction project programmes and review and prepare variance reports for the Project Control Manager and or Project Director’s attention for any variance
As required by the Project Control Manager, attend and record for planning update purposes all internal and external project progress reviews.
Issue project programme update reports in accordance with the requirements of the Project Control Manager and the Project Execution Plan.
Candidates could have:
