They have an extremely busy orderbook, made up of long standing frameworks, regional contracts & major projects alike. With several sizeable schemes secured and many others in the pipeline for 2022, they require a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team at this exciting junction. Reporting directly to the Managing Quantity Surveyor, you will take commercial and contractual responsibility for one of their major projects or manage multiple smaller schemes concurrently. Ideally, you will be able to demonstrate a proven background within the commercial delivery of civil engineering projects & broad knowledge of NEC forms of contract.
