We are working with a well-established contractor who specialise in hospitality & leisure works. They ve asked us to source an experienced Site Manager to join a work stream focusing on refurbishment and extension schemes for well-known hotel brands. The contractor in question already has a full order book with plenty more in the pipeline. Site Manager Requirements/Reasons to apply: We are looking for experienced Site Managers who have experience taking new build projects from commencement to completion. You ll need to hold a valid SMSTS & First Aid CSCS would be advantageous. The programmes on these schemes are generally 6 months plus; the contractor is trying to build a core team of individuals to cover these projects so the potential for longevity is there. Attractive rates are on offer to the right individual; you ll also be joining a capable team who prioritise getting the job done. Initial schemes are within Greater Manchester & Cheshire.
