Our Client a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy require a M&E Contracts manager to work on iconic commercial and mixed use development projects from their offices in Hampshire with sites in London and South East.The ideal candidate will be degree, HND/HNC qualified either from a mechanical or electrical background with 6+ years’ recent UK contracting / site based building services engineering experience gained within a consultancy, design and build contractor with experience of contract management and administration including the testing (ideally integrated) and commissioning of building services installations,construction site quality control.The role would involve extensive client interaction and a degree of business development capabilities. You must have strong negotiation skills with excellent verbal and communication capabilities at all levels.
The clients offer a competitive remuneration with excellent benefits and long term career prospects. This role is available for immediate starts and offered on a permanent basis
