We are seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join a progressive construction company, working with the operational team to assist with on-site delivery of a large new build site in Cornwall.
You will join an experienced operational team and work closely with the Project Manager to ensure quality and programme are being adhered to, reporting back all findings and presenting to the site teams.
Ideally you will have worked in a similar environment as an assistant on either large scale housing of construction projects, a trade background would be useful so there is a technical understanding of building. An eye for detail and knowledge of finishing is essential, along with good IT skill as this role will use the latest management IT software packages to produce reports.
