Site Manager required for an immediate start in Southampton on a new build housing project. The duration of this project is 12 months. What is required for the position? Tickets: Valid CSCS Card, SMSTS PPE: Hard hat, high vis, steel toe cap boots Experience: Must have 3 years' experience working as a Site Manager on other construction projects. Good knowledge on Microsoft and IT. Must have experience with Roofing and Cladding. References: Must be able to provide 2 recent work references Job Role: Working with a Senior Site Manager and Project Manager, your job will be to ensure plots are snagged and ready for hand over. Type of project that require a Site Manager: New build housing Pay: CIS / UTR £25 per hour Other information: Working hours: 7:30am to 4:30pm Site is accessible by public transport Weekend work available Ivy has lots of work in the local area so the potential to be kept busy through our agency if you work well on site.
