HR Advisor

HR Advisor wanted for a fantastic business within the Construction sector. This is a permanent opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join a well established organisation based on the outskirts of Exeter. You will be joining an established HR team who are passionate about delivering a pro-active HR service to their employees. Working closely with the higher management, you will be responsible for a number of HR projects and managing your case work. Responsibilities include; * Employee Relations Case work : - Grievance, sickness, absence, performance, disciplinary, dismissal * Providing professional HR advice to managers and employees on policy, procedures * Support the business with a range of activities, supporting employee engagement and performance. * Develop good working relationships with * Supporting onsite Managers with all aspects of HR Essestials and extra's * To be a true generalist HR Advisors * CIPD qualified level three at a minimum * A full driving licence. * Office based, but flexbile visiting sister site in Bristol * Modern offices * £25,000 - £30,000 plus good benefits Apply today online and call the office
