Working Foreperson

Your new company You will be working for a consortium of investors that have joined together to produce medium - large scale housing developments to assist the national housing crisis with their aim to build 1000 units a year by 2022. This developer follows a strict programme for its developments and is not sales driven like many national house builders, meaning they are able to adhere to a great service and quality levels throughout. Your new role You have the opportunity to join an up and coming residential housing developer that are looking to bring in house the experience from you, the professional Working Foreperson within Ground works. You will be responsible for managing and working alongside 6 other ground workers (2 gangs), you will ensure that quality of finish is maintained throughout the groundwork process associated with housing. What you'll need to succeed You will need extensive 'boots on the ground' housing experience, as well as confidence in your experience supervising gangs of operatives on housing sites before.
