Construction Design Manager

Our clients is looking for an experienced Construction Design Manager for their team. The candidate should have experience in building envelope and facades is preferred because our client is working with a wide range of cladding systems, rain screen cladding and curtain walling and windows.

Job Requirements:

• The design manager act as the first point of contact for all design requirements and efficiently delegate delivery responsibilities to your team.
• The design manager will manage the design team throughout the project and hold design team meetings as appropriate.

Person Requirements:

A candidate must have

• Have experience in the use of AutoCAD
• Be able to efficiently communicate, both orally and written
• Be able to successfully and productively resolve problem
• Be exceptionally detail oriented and technically minded
• Be able to responsibly lead a team
• Have excellent negotiation skill
• Be innovative and creative
