Job Description: Focused Construction are currently seeking an office based project manager with a mechanical background to work on behalf of one of our leading clients! This will be for a leading M&E contractor who deliver large projects nationwide!
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- HVAC background (preferably site based)
- A solid understanding of health and safety requirements
- Strong admin skills with ability to complete tenders and offer solution to ad hoc works.
- Ability to work both alone and in a team environment
- Thrive under pressure and adapt well to stressful situations
