Key Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate subcontractors and trades on site Ensure all works are delivered in line with approved design drawings Manage site Health & Safety in line with RAMS and CDM regulations Liaise closely with the client, suppliers, and the design team to maintain progress and resolve any on-site challenges Manage programme schedules and provide progress updates Ensure quality control throughout all stages of the build Support the smooth handover of the completed project Candidate Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager on hospitality or bar/restaurant fit-out projects Valid CSCS card SMSTS or SSSTS certification First Aid at Work certification Strong trade background (carpentry preferred, though not essential) Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to manage subcontractors and drive a project forward You'll be hands-on, proactive, and detail-driven A background in carpentry is advantageous Confidence, control, and efficiency to the project.
