We are partnering with a leading UK construction and infrastructure business undergoing significant operational and network transformation. This is a highly visible Finance Manager position, working directly with senior stakeholders to influence strategic investment decisions, challenge assumptions, and drive financial performance across major projects. The Opportunity As a trusted finance business partner, you will support a portfolio of high-value transformation and capital projects, ensuring robust financial governance, accurate forecasting, and commercially sound decision-making. Key Responsibilities Partner with project and operational leaders on major transformation initiatives. Develop, review and own complex business cases and investment appraisals. Provide financial insight, challenge and support to maximise project returns. Monitor capital and operational expenditure, ensuring effective financial control. Lead budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting processes across project portfolios. Deliver meaningful variance analysis, reporting and management information. Identify commercial risks and opportunities, providing proactive recommendations. Support project governance, investment approvals and post-implementation reviews. Build strong relationships across finance, operations and senior leadership teams. About You ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified. Strong finance business partnering and commercial finance experience. Proven background supporting large-scale capital projects , transformation programmes or operational investments. Demonstrable experience of budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and business case development. Confident influencing and challenging senior stakeholders. Advanced analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage non-finance audiences. This is an opportunity to join one of the world's fastest-growing technology businesses, delivering major office developments and workplace programmes across the EMEA region. Over the next 12 months, more than 600,000 sq ft of office space will be delivered, including flagship projects in London, Berlin and Munich. You'll help shape the future workplace experience for thousands of employees while managing high-value, multi-country projects from concept through to handover. You'll take ownership of multiple projects simultaneously, working with architects, consultants, contractors and senior business leaders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards. This is a client-side role where you'll oversee the full project lifecycle, manage governance, budgets, procurement, risks and reporting, whilst coordinating teams across Workplace, IT, AV, Security and Facilities to deliver exceptional new office environments. To be successful, you'll ideally have: Significant experience delivering large corporate office fit-out, relocation and workplace projects. Experience managing multiple capital projects across different countries within EMEA. Strong commercial and financial management skills, including CAPEX ownership and forecasting. Excellent stakeholder management, comfortable working with senior leadership and external delivery partners. A background within a global corporate occupier, real estate consultancy or project management consultancy. The role is based in London with a minimum of three days per week in the office, alongside approximately one week of travel across EMEA each month which will be flexible.
