The company have plenty of longstanding, senior members within the division for you to learn from and you will gain formal qualifications, alongside buddying up with a senior contracts manager. Once trained, you will be overseeing multiple Contracts at any one time in Civils, Construction, Refurbs, Roofing and Utilities.
