Job Title: Trainee Project Manager - Property Repairs Location: Peterborough Salary: 26,000 per annum + Bonus Scheme Job type: Full Time, Permanent - Office Based Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm About the Role: We're looking for a motivated and organised individual to join our growing Property Repairs / Insurance Division as a Trainee Project Manager. Updating client portals and internal systems to ensure progress and compliance are tracked accurately. About you: What We're Looking For: Highly organised, structured, and proactive. Strong written and verbal communicator. Confident with computers and new systems (training provided). A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to work. A natural problem solver with good people skills. In this role, you will shadow senior members of staff. You will be responsible for overseeing disability adaptation and commercial projects varying in size and value, ensuring they are completed to a high standard & H&S compliant. Key Responsibilities and Duties: You will be the Customer's point of contact for all projects under your control; these projects will be monitored & directed by the Contracts Manager & Head of Operations.
