About You We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Services Manager, Mechanical Supervisor or Senior Mechanical Technician who has a strong background in managing and maintaining mechanical installations and is ready to take on a wider management responsibility. You will ideally have: HNC, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualifications/experience in a relevant mechanical, building services or facilities management discipline. Experience managing or supervising mechanical maintenance teams and contractors. Good knowledge and experience of compliance relating to mechanical systems, including natural gas, water, F-Gas, HVAC and BMS. Experience of planned, reactive and statutory maintenance. Strong understanding of health and safety, contractor management and safe systems of work. Experience investigating mechanical faults and diagnosing technical issues. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
