Prestatyn - Contract until 2028 (Outside IR35) Are you looking for a long term contract Outside IR35 role with an excellent day rate working on EPC projects within the Oil and Gas industry? This role will be working on a Carbon Capture project offshore in Liverpool bay with the project expected to last 2/3 years. The role will be Monday - Friday with some Saturday work 8-1pm. This role is perfect for someone with Civil Leadership experience working within the Oil and gas or similar industry. In this role you will lead and supervise the civil teams. The company are a market leader in the EPC sector market specilaising in onshore and offshore projects. The Role: Lead QHSE compliance across all civil activities and oversee subcontracted/direct works to meet quality, schedule, and contractual requirements. Plan and manage project schedules, resources, and cost-effective execution while coordinating supervisors and workflows. Produce progress reports, monitor performance metrics, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions. Resolve technical issues, manage documentation, and ensure completion of MC certificates and punch-list clearance The Person: 15-20 years of experience in civil works, ideally as a subcontractor site manager or in senior supervisory roles on major construction projects. Step into a pivotal technical role supporting one of our clients key energy projects. As a Construction Methods Engineer, you will drive the planning, coordination, and technical execution of pipeline landfall activities-ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant delivery across both onshore and offshore interfaces. You will serve as a core technical link between engineering, vessel teams, and the client, shaping high-impact installation solutions from concept through execution. The Role: Administer and implement the project work programme, ensuring alignment with design, specifications, and approved methodologies. Interpret, validate, and enhance design solutions, overseeing document control and coordination through your team. Monitor all phases of work progress, reviewing engineering procedures, calculations, and deliverables to ensure they meet technical and contractual requirements. Lead technical coordination with the client, participate in interface meetings, and support vessel-based teams with installation expertise.
