Key Responsibilities: Full commercial management of projects from pre-construction through to final account Preparation of cost estimates and pricing of works packages Procurement and management of subcontractors Preparation and issue of subcontract documentation Cost planning, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting Variations management and change control Interim valuations, applications, and final accounts Commercial reporting and CVR submissions to senior management Risk assessment and value engineering input Experience & Skills: Main contracting experience essential; fit-out experience advantageous Strong understanding of pricing works, estimating, and cost control Proactive, commercially aware, and able to manage multiple projects Flexible working from Brentwood or Liverpool Street office, with clear progression opportunities within a supportive, growing regional contractor.
