The purpose of this role is to ensure successful delivery on site of a range mains renewals scheme. The role covers the schemes in London. Job Role: Oversee daily site operations to ensure timely delivery of water main replacement works, coordinating closely with site teams and subcontractors. Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and equipment to site teams, preventing delays and maintaining workflow efficiency Uphold and enforce all HSE standards on-site, conducting regular inspections and promoting a culture of safety. Liaise with clients, local authorities, and internal teams to provide updates, resolve issues, and maintain strong working relationships. Lead and motivate site personnel, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment aligned with company values. Track project milestones, maintain accurate site records, and report progress to senior management, highlighting risks and mitigation strategies. Ensure all works meet required specifications and standards, conducting inspections and managing quality control documentation.
