Candidate Profile: Key accountabilities, skills & experience Purpose of the role: You will be working closely with teams across the UK and beyond, you will be part of a dynamic team working on diverse projects across various sectors. You will also have the opportunity to train and further develop your domain skills, including BIM and Digital. What you'll do: Support the setup and management of BIM models in line with project standards. Produce high-quality 3D models and drawings for a range of MEP services, including pipework, ventilation, lighting, power, containment, and drainage. Contribute to BIM delivery and drawing packages across all project stages, from concept to completion. Assist in the coordination of MEP services with Architectural and Structural teams, ensuring buildability and access requirements are met. Use BIM tools such as Revit, Navisworks, Revizto, ACC/Forma, and BIM 360 to support design and coordination activities. Work within Common Data Environments (CDE) and support collaborative project delivery. Support and mentor junior team members and apprentices within the BIM environment. Contribute to continuous improvement of digital workflows and support delivery in line with ISO 19650 standards. (Required skills/experience) Experience within the building services industry (consultancy and / or contractor). Good understanding of model and drawing production using Revit MEP (Minimum 4 years experience). Understanding of EIRs and BEPs, plus interpretation and implementation. Awareness of utilising Navis / ACC to conduct reviews, visual audits and clash detection. Experienced in preparation of drawings and models with limited input from engineers, using own experience to develop output from sketches provided by engineers. Knowledge of MEP systems and how services should be routed and coordinated to a design level of detail. Ability to communicate technical issues to co-professionals, contractors and clients. Proven success of working in a team environment. Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Ability to work on multiple projects.
