This is a short-term role to help us get through a small backlog of properties. You will be completing light finishing tasks and ensuring kitchens are clean, sealed, and ready for client handover. The successful candidate will be the last operative on site before handover, so a high standard of presentation and attention to detail is essential. I am recruiting an experienced and friendly multiskilled tradesman for a client based in West Yorkshire. They work predominantly in the residential sector on new build housing schemes. The role will require the succesful candidate to work across a number of projects reviewing any defects/snagging works to finished properties. A trade background is a must as the role will require the individual to undertake a number of different tasks including basic joinery and decoration etc. Any M&E work would require organising and management experience would be an advantage as you may have a couple of junior snaggers reporting in.
