I am recruiting an experienced and friendly multiskilled tradesman for a client based in West Yorkshire. They work predominantly in the residential sector on new build housing schemes. The role will require the succesful candidate to work across a number of projects reviewing any defects/snagging works to finished properties. A trade background is a must as the role will require the individual to undertake a number of different tasks including basic joinery and decoration etc. Any M&E work would require organising and management experience would be an advantage as you may have a couple of junior snaggers reporting in.
