Lead daily site coordination, toolbox talks, and safety briefings. Ensure full compliance with CDM and company H&S procedures (RAMS, permits, inductions, inspections). Liaise with project manager, subcontractors, and client representatives to maintain clear communication and reporting. Track progress against programme and provide concise weekly reports (site photos, updates, risk items). Oversee material deliveries, storage, and logistics. Review and sign off daily site records, timesheets, and permits to work. Support commissioning and handover preparation with the project and technical teams.
